I used their help after a surgery and had a great experience. They accepted the paperwork via email before the surgery and then communicated with the surgeon's office on the day of the surgery and picked me up on time and helped me get settled in comfortably at home. The rates were quite decent and they have different rates for duration of service received. The person who handled me was medically qualified so I felt secure and taken care of.
