Homewatch CareGivers have been such a great help for me while my mom needed daytime care while I was at work. I really had a good comfort level because if there were any questions, they would call me, and every night I would read the notes between each shift. Great communications back to me each day. If that was not enough, I have 2 dogs and a cat. My pets were also welcomed by all the caregivers. I felt that when I left, I left everyone in very good hands. And whenever I had a question and sent an email to the home office, it was answered quickly, or a phone call to update my inquiry. Can only say that when I do need to have someone take care of my mom next year, I am calling them first.
