Thank you, HCG, for the help and care provided during my post-op journey. Garcia Jocelyn arrived at the clinic on time and waited attentively until I woke up from anesthesia. She helped me get to the car, drove me home, and stayed with me until I felt better and comfortable. She helped me take medications on time, as instructed by the doctor. I am very thankful and grateful for the support, detailed attention, and kind attitude that Jocelyn provided, especially that my procedure was during the holidays. Home Watch CareGivers has truly been the best thing to happen since my mother’s dementia diagnosis. Our family had very specific needs for her in-home care, and the team worked tirelessly to match us with the right caregiver. We couldn’t be happier with their choice—my mom absolutely adores her caregiver, Tania. She has become like a member of our family, and the care, patience, and compassion she shows every day are nothing short of amazing. What sets this company apart is not only the quality of their caregivers but also the incredible management. Communication is seamless, and they consistently check in to make sure everything is going well. Life had become overwhelming for my dad and me as we struggled to find a bilingual (non-Spanish) speaking caregiver. With living out of state (Ohio), I was trying to find a caregiver for my aunt who lives in Odessa (Tampa) area. I contacted Homewatch and spoke with Ash. He was very kind and knowledgeable about caregiving and worked around our schedule to make an appointment while I was in town. He listened to all our concerns and needs. Upon signing up for services, I have spoken to Sharon and Heidi in the office. They are so very kind and helpful. Always returning calls and working around different schedule needs. Once a caregiver was assigned, my aunt got to meet Helena. Even though I have not met her personally, my aunt feels very comfortable with her. Heidi was so compassionate and caring and concerned for my mom. She found me a CNA named Sunilda; she is as amazing and caring as Heidi. She is wonderful with my mom.
