So grateful to have HomeWatch Caregivers of Brownsburg as a part of my life.

“HomeWatch Caregivers of Brownsburg was my 4th home aid/ care agency coordinated through my social worker. ( Thank goodness for perseverance ) They have been exceptional !!! The first 3 agencies were riddled with tardiness , last minute cancellations , and/or no coverage at all . Poor communication was a major factor . Employees complained on how far they had to drive ( 25 minutes ) . One thing after another . So … fired all 3 of the prior agencies and had given up . The owner of HomeWatch Caregivers of Brownsburg set up my initial intake at my home personally. 👍🏼. He was very clear in protocols and procedures followed by the company . My caregiver is a blessing !!! She truly is my angel after struggling with my previous care Issues . HomeWatch also coordinated a meet and great well in advance with my alternate caregiver . This occurred a month in advance before my regular caregiver went on vacation . WOW !!!! They have their ducks in a row !! So grateful to have HomeWatch Caregivers of Brownsburg as a part of my life.”

Our Coordinator Shweta is most important - she is our go to for all matters and addresses all our concerns and if extra training is needed for the aides she is on top of it. Her understanding of the elderly is key and today we have a wonderful team of aides who care (and love) my Mom.”

She took care of my husband, who had Alzheimer's, for several years until he passed She did everything for him: grooming, bathing, dressing, transferring from bed to wheelchair, feeding and comforting. She was punctual,gentle, respectful, cheerful, and all around amazing. She also did housekeeping tasks while he was sleeping. I can't praise her enough. Now, we are good friends, and I'd like her to find a new great place to work.”
