Whether we telephone or drop by the office with a question or request, HomeWatch meets our needs! Audrey, Linda, and Deverance comprise our “team,” and they are superb problem solvers! Our health needs are changing this year, and they have worked patiently to help us adjust. I am truly grateful for the caring professionals at HomeWatch. This is a two-part review: 1) We are fortunate and truly blessed to have Nii as my husband's caregiver. My husband is retired military with a strong personality and has opinions and preferences, so it takes a very special person to understand that it's not personal, just a desire to meet his needs. Nii is the very best my husband has had, and we can't say enough about his skills, patience, gentle demeanor, humor, punctuality, thoroughness, attentiveness, trustworthiness, etc., etc. Our list of observations can go on and on! When my father had a stroke last year, the hospital referred me to another service to help with his care. I found that service to be unreliable, non-communicative, and inconsistent. It was a terrible experience. Then, I thankfully found Homewatch CareGivers. Homewatch has been nothing but attentive, communicative, and concerned right from the start! I never have to worry about my father’s care, and that has taken such a load off of my shoulders. I highly recommend this service. They are caring professionals who deliver outstanding service!

Homewatch was the perfect place to get the help I needed for my father. I needed help taking care of my father for a month while he was living with me. I can’t tell you how much we loved the help we received. My father has Parkinson’s and his mobility is limited. The caregiver, whose name is Paulina, was amazing! She came before her scheduled time on each visit and developed such a great relationship with my father. She bathed him, took him for walks, ironed his clothes, made his bed, arranged for his food and had great conversation with him. She was an angel, and having someone like her to care for my father was something I will never forget. Everyone at Homewatch, from Tim the owner to all the staff, were so kind and understanding and worked with me on any schedule changes or additional needs. I hope to employ their services when my father visits next!

HomeWatch was a Godsend to us 11-08-2023

My 93-year-old mother fell in July and sustained numerous fractures. She needed immediate 24x7 care. I met with Ed Ware, and he took over and found competent and caring support for Mom immediately. He was in constant contact with me for the 2 months during Mom's recovery. Bottom line is that HomeWatch was a Godsend to us. I will hire them again when needed, and strongly recommend the company for anyone who needs their services. I have complete faith and trust in them!!

I have used several home health services, and this is the most responsive to your needs that I have found. The owner of the company came out to do the initial interview with me. Aides are on time, and the few times they are not, they call and let you know. If you call the company for any reason, someone either picks up or calls you back promptly. Aides are well trained and eager to learn how you want things done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help at home.
