We found ourselves needing a CNA/caregiver for my mother following a rapid decline in her cognitive and physical abilities while she was staying with us last year. The management team, Denise, Thea, and Mark, made navigating this health crisis very easy for us. They helped us understand the complicated long-term health care insurance process and compassionately aided us in understanding the road ahead. None of us were ready for this stage in her life, but with every step, they were patient, kind, and respectful. During our initial interview and follow-on discussions, it was clear they led their organization with compassion. Joanne, our dedicated caregiver, was wonderful with Mom. Always friendly, positive, conscientious, and skilled. Nothing fazed her. When things got challenging, she was there to help. It's clear to us that the St. Pete Beach team knows how to recruit and train the CNA staff. We referred another family member, and they had an excellent experience as well during their rehabilitation.
