Great experience with Homewatch
From start to finish, I had a great experience with Homewatch Caregivers. I needed their services for post-op care after my surgery. Months before my surgery, I called the office and spoke with Susan to let her know my needs and see if they could even help. She was more than accommodating with my request and also allowed the flexibility if additional duties were needed, so with that, I was able to move forward with my surgery. Knowing they would be there to help me was a huge peace of mind. It was extremely important to me to have a service I could fully trust with my well-being, my dog, and being in my home. I had the owner Tyler as my caregiver. He arrived on time every day, took care of my dog, helped me with household chores, food prep, and miscellaneous other tasks that I had. He was always willing to do more and offered that help, which was great. He always made me feel comfortable, he was kind, and my dog looked forward to his visit. Thank you Homewatch for helping me through such a trying time in my recovery process. I look forward to recommending you to others in need!
