The team at Homewatch has been helping care for my father for a little over a year, and they have been tremendous all around. They clearly care not only about my father personally and his wellbeing; but they are proactive, communicative, flexible, and exceedingly professional. I talk with them regularly to plan for my father's upcoming needs, and their team listens, gives great input, and even when it means less hours of care (aka their revenue), they always advocate honestly, focused primarily on what is best for my father. As someone who lives an hour plus away and travels regularly for my career, I have comfort he is being cared for and needs met. I tried to address his care by a different "easier/cheaper" means previous to meeting Homewatch and that was not productive, reliable, or healthy for our needs. Unfortunately, we all go through these difficult times and decisions, and when that arises I can say I highly, highly recommend Homewatch. It has been like having another family member available for assistance.

Homewatch CareGivers provides excellent service. They provided care for my mother who had Parkinson's. One of the caregivers would sit on the floor next to my mother and tell her stories of her childhood, which delighted my mother. All of their caregivers were very nice and dependable. Two years later, I reached out to Homewatch when my father needed help. The administrative staff - especially the owner Greg - are caring, empathetic, and efficient. They responded very quickly with a caregiver who met my father's needs. I absolutely recommend them.

When I needed home care—and needed it quickly—Homewatch was recommended by several people/organizations. Within an hour of calling Greg, someone was scheduled, even before any agreement or money was exchanged. That was a lifesaver and that kind of caring responsiveness continued. During COVID, Homewatch, like all such firms, had staffing challenges and that did trickle down to us. But Homewatch always had someone here and improved staffing as they could. Their taking on that responsibility itself was a great relief. As COVID lessened and people went back to work early in 2022, Homewatch developed a remarkable team, who were all different, all very competent, and all cared about Carol.
