Exceptional Caregivers Found
We've been working with Nevino and Angelica for several years now. Angelica truly has a gift for finding exceptional caregivers. After a short meeting with my mother (who has dementia), she understood her needs well and worked hard to find suitable caregivers. Both Nevino and Angelica were motivated to help us get our needs met and proposed good solutions. We have been able to find an amicable arrangement on several iterations of caregivers at this point. Sometimes communication is slow because they are really busy, but my sisters and I stick with them because they hire really good caregivers and they are good people who care, both for their caregivers and their clients.

We contacted Angelica in the months before my parents moved into the area. She came to our house, did a thorough assessment of what would be helpful to them, helped us find fantastic and reasonable (or free) services, and then was available to help guide us afterward, when my parents were in need of crucial healthcare. She consulted with us at the hospital, and later came to visit and assess needs at a nursing facility. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, compassionate and insightful and patient. Months later, when we finally needed to make use of home aides, Homewatch found us two utterly fantastic aides—and the rates were in the ballpark of what we would have paid had we found people on our own. They were incredibly helpful to us and we feel very lucky and thankful to have found them. Eventually, my parents were able to resume care for themselves. Highest recommendation.

Nevino and Angelica were amazing
Nevino and Angelica were amazing to work with when we were trying to get my aunt home from the hospital. They let us know what our rights were and helped us navigate with the insurance company. There were many points where the insurance company, hospital, or others tried to give us less than we were entitled to, and Angelica did a great job in letting us know and supporting us in getting my aunt the care she needed in the home.
