Really Great Experience
Used for a few weeks of post-op (rotator cuff) care, including hygiene, laundry, simple meals, simple cleaning, etc. Really great experience and would recommend. I was assigned Segun and was very happy.

Much Better Than the First Time
This review will be for our 2nd time using Homewatch, and I must say this time was much better than the first. The caregivers were very patient and believe me, the patience was very much needed. We were able to use the same caregivers 90% of the time, and that was helpful. The only recommendation I would like to pass on would be to listen to the family when they tell you how things had been done prior to and try to follow that routine. While caregivers have different ways to do things, we are asking for assistance with a routine that has already been in place and works with our situation. But other than that, I very much value the caregivers and their professionalism, courtesy, and patience. Thank you.

I will be forever grateful
We used Homewatch CareGivers for my 89-year-old mother (Nana) from February–October. We started with caregivers coming to her home 4 hours a day. Within a week, Nana was happier and more engaged. The caregivers were compassionate, kind, and truly professional. In October, Nana declined rapidly, and it became apparent that she needed 24-hour care with hospice support. The team at Homewatch selected caregivers that were specifically experienced with this phase of care. These wonderful women were so kind, tender, and compassionate not only for Nana, but for our entire family. Nana was a strong woman with steadfast love of the Lord. The caregivers were also strong believers, praying with us and supporting us the entire journey. On October 27th, the caregiver and I were praying Nana up to the Lord as she took her last breath. I will be forever grateful to the Homewatch team.

Responsive to Our Needs
I have found HCG responsive to our needs. It took a few weeks to stabilize staffing, which is understandable. When questions or concerns do come up, they are responsive. My wife is receiving care 6 days a week and likes the caregiver. No one is perfect, but when I've discussed concerns, she is responsive as well.

Nicole Sanders, she came as a companion for one of our residents, she was nice and kind, helped with everything that needed to be done and went beyond expectations. It was a good experience to work with her even when it did not last long as she was here just for two days, it will be nice to work with her again. We reached out to this company for care for our mom. Their office staff was very informative and very hands-on.
They explained the process to us from hiring, the multiple trainings their caregivers go through before they come to the home. They also told us about their field supervisory team who come by the home to make sure the caregivers are doing their jobs.
So with all of this info, we hired them!
The caregivers our mom has are phenomenal. We don’t worry about her at all. They’ve become like family. They cook for her, do her laundry, take her out and make sure she has a great social life, and they show her that they really care about her.
Although we go to Mom’s every day, they’ve made us feel good about our decision with choosing them, and Mom loves them.
She was determined not to move in with us or go to an independent living community.
