I've had a wonderful experience with Dan and Homewatch in arranging care for my mother, who needed extra help in her memory care community. Of the agencies I contacted, I found Dan at Homewatch to be the most compassionate, caring, and understanding of what was needed.
He found a caregiver for my mother, but unfortunately, after a week the caregiver did not work out for my mother. Dan owned the situation and quickly found another excellent caregiver who has now been with my mother for over a month. I am grateful for the continuity of care Dan has been able to arrange during a stressful time.
