They found the perfect match for my mom, who needed some extra help with showers, mobility—she has a bit of dementia—and lunch outings (basically, an extra set of hands and eyes). After having triple bypass surgery, I needed some short term assistance in my home. I contacted Homewatch CareGivers of Lewisville and had Jessie come by to evaluate my needs. A few days later, an exceptional young woman named Jessica showed up at my home. She was cheerful, friendly, and eagerly took on the tasks I needed help with each time she visited, including cleaning, shopping, and helping me organize my home. Everyone I came in contact with from day one delivered an extremely high level of customer service and support.

I can't recommend Homewatch CareGivers enough. My son is a quadriplegic and requires a significant amount of care. He is also currently 1,000 miles away from home and the only caregivers he's ever known. Homewatch not only stepped right in but also solved problem after problem without batting an eye. I Was So Impressed That the Owner Would Answer the Phone
I called Homewatch a couple of weeks ago because I need transportation for my grandfather. I work during the day and can’t take him to appointments. I talked to Jesse. She listened to all my questions and didn’t make me decide on the phone. She said she could call me back in a few days and even meet my grandfather in person.
