Wonderful, caring, compassionate caregivers
🥰 HW Caregivers has sent wonderful, caring, compassionate caregivers to care for my husband following a fall. They are a loyal and well-trained staff and he enjoys their company and the care they provide. It would be good policy to hear from a manager to learn how things are going. No one has called in the 15 months I have employed this company. No current problems yet support would have been appreciated. Website states staff are evaluated on a regular basis yet I have never been contacted! I understand there are new owners in the past 4-5 months, yet still no reaching out. Never an email to clients informing us of office personnel changes, new hours, holiday office breaks, etc... things we need to know. Overall a great caregiving experience and a particular shout out to the scheduler, Denver, who goes above and beyond in her daily office work. She is amazing, such a great communicator. Always a kind word and a quick 'fix' to staffing needs. She is the LINK to the client's family, for sure** Happy New Year!

The caregiver assigned to our loved one was phenomenal! She was caring and thorough and always doing something. The agency itself was good; however, they were not accommodating when it came to ensuring there was a caregiver each day for our loved one, which put us in a tough spot a handful of times.

Their office staff is always available for questions or special requests and go out of their way to accommodate; Amber in the office is wonderful. I highly recommend them if you have a family member who needs extra special care. They take away the concerns associated with your loved one needing assistance.

Wonderful Care from Gretchen
My husband is using Homewatch Healthcare. He is very happy with the wonderful care he is getting from Gretchen Washington. I am his wife and daily caregiver. For me, it is so nice to be able to talk to Amber and Susan each time I call. They are so accommodating and friendly.
