I had a very good experience with Homewatch. I was leery of an agency because I had a bad experience with one, but Homewatch changed my mind. I needed overnight care for my dad in my home and Homewatch provided reliable and consistent caregivers. There were a couple of times that there was miscommunication and the caregiver did not show up. There also were a few times that they texted me that a caregiver could not make it for her shift. They did their best to get a replacement, and they were successful almost all the time, including when we had the ice storm. I would highly recommend them if you need quality care for your loved one.

Home Watch Is Awesome
Home Watch is awesome. This week in Dallas, they had a bad ice storm which pretty much paralyzed the area. Kevin and Crystal went out of their way to take care of my dad during this time. First Kevin called the dialysis place to let them know he was bringing my father. Then picked up his caregiver, brought her to Dad's house, got him ready for his dialysis appointment, got him there, picked him up and made him a meal, and took the caregiver home. Wow, I don't live in Texas but I am so glad he is in good hands with Homewatch. Kevin and Crystal are wonderful people to work with!
