We are currently using the services of Homewatch CareGivers of Cary. We have both "share-care" and "hourly care" services.
The caregivers we have had for both services have not only met the "gold standard," but are the "platinum" standard. Not only competent, but more importantly, compassionate.
Not only are the caregivers great, but the office support is as well. I have never had to wait for a reply to a question. Always had a reply in less than 24 hours.

I cannot express enough thanks to this organization for a simple 15-minute visit with my mother twice a day to remind her to take her medications, help with her hearing aids, help with the television, and just a brief social visit. My mother was very near the end of her life, so it was a difficult period for sure. Shonda listened to me, heard my concerns, and provided a wonderful solution, in the person of our caregiver, Mam.
Mam was gentle, sweet, kind, caring and knowledgeable. She put my mom at ease almost immediately, and was instrumental in my mother's care for the last week and a half of her life.
In addition, they did what they said, they were always on time, they followed up and followed through, all the signs of any quality business.
While I was not able to meet Stephanie, the owner, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about her; and, given the quality of her team, it is evident that the empathy flows from the top.
Even though we only worked with Homewatch CareGivers for a few weeks due to my mom's passing, I would HIGHLY recommend them for both short and long term care of your loved ones. They were fantastic.

I Would Rate Them as Outstanding
We had a caregiver from Homewatch from August 2023 through November 2023, five (5) days a week from 9–6 weekdays as we transitioned from palliative to hospice care for a terminal illness. We had less support on the weekends when I was here full time. I would rate them as outstanding, especially Touria, who was with us almost the entire time. All the staff are well trained, compassionate, and reliable. Touria had been through this many times before, so was able to guide us with our decisions. There are less expensive services, but I think end-of-life care is something we work hard and save our money for. It is not a time to buy the cheapest, but rather a time to hire the most competent, and Homewatch is that. My sincere thanks to their entire team for their support and for helping me during this terrible experience.

We Feel Absolutely Blessed & Grateful
We have been clients of Homewatch CareGivers of Cary for 3+ years. My mom requires full-time care and lives part-time with us in NC. After working with several agencies prior to Homewatch, we were so disillusioned by the lack of responsible and credible care, the overpromising and underdelivering of resources, professionalism, follow-up, and communication. But, then...Homewatch! I honestly cannot say enough about their caregivers, each one carefully matched to meet the specific needs of my mom's care. We have loved every caregiver and feel like they are each a part of our family. They are on time, professional, and go above and beyond to care for my mom. The staff is understanding, courteous, proactive, communicative, responsible, compassionate, and committed to serving the needs of families requiring caregiving support. I honestly don't know what we would do or where we would be without HWC. We feel absolutely blessed and grateful for the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them.
