Coverage in a Flash
We have worked with Homewatch for over 5 years with support for mom. We've only needed a few days per week, just a few hours per day. But last month, we needed 24x7 support coming out of hospital/rehab. The timing got crunched, and Rosie was able to assemble coverage in a flash. They were great. Mom felt secure, and so did we. Quick Response Lifted a Huge Weight
I called Homewatch CareGivers at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon - a notoriously difficult time to find last-minute care - and within an hour, I had an overnight aide set up for my mom for the next three nights. After a nerve-wracking afternoon in the ER with my mom, this quick response lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders, knowing someone would be with her.

It took a moment to get regular staffing. That is not their fault because reliable staff are scarce. However, once established, they were flexible, hired great people conscientious about meeting needs. I met with the owner personally with only one day's notice, and she, Rosie, took personal control of getting my dad his best match. The scheduler is also very adept at getting the right people assigned. I live out of town, and I needed a solid dependable service for my dad. I am very satisfied and comfortable as is he with the services received. More importantly, my dad really likes and trusts his home care workers. When there was a change in his behavior, they called me right away. When he has gotten ill, they have responded with compassion. I truly feel lucky to have found them.
