I have needed a caregiver twice and both times have been incredibly helpful. The caregivers I had been given have been caring, professional, and empathetic. I always felt safe with them in my home. The light housekeeping has been super helpful for my husband as it took some of the cleaning off his plate. Christina, my home health aide, has been absolutely amazing. Genuine Care is Hard to Find
If I could give Jody Namoca more than 5 stars I would! FANTASTIC client care and genuine empathy is what makes her company a shining star! My elderly mother just had hip replacement surgery, and was wearing the wrong TED hose (Thrombo-Embolic Deterrent hosiery.) Jody made sure that my mother got the correct size and type of hose. Although the hospital didn't have another size, Jody took the time to find the right size online and offered to make extra trips to ensure my mother got them on properly. I couldn't recommend her enough! Genuine care is hard to find, and the care Jody has for others is apparent. You can't go wrong choosing her company for the services of others.

Priceless Support at a Difficult Time
Our family hired Jody and her loving and compassionate caregivers to help us with our mother when we were not able to be there ourselves. Mom went from an assisted living situation in the Aurora area to almost overnight needing skilled nursing and hospice care due to dementia, but it was a month + before she could be moved somewhere appropriate. Jody's team came in six days a week for 4-8 hours each day and made sure she was cared for, fed, cleaned, and loved. We FaceTimed when she could, and they sometimes held her hands and sang to her while she slept. They treated her with the dignity she deserved. I have never given anyone a 5-star review for any reason before, but Jody and her team are the best, and have been priceless support at an impossibly difficult time.
